Job Title: Full-Time Vehicle Salesperson / Product Specialist

Level: Experienced

Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 Base + Commission per year

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM. Days Off: Sunday & Monday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom.
• Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence.
• Stay current on all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications.
• Log every lead and customer interaction in the CRM.
• Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising.
• Work closely with the sales team and managers to achieve monthly goals.
