Job summary

El Cajon Harley-Davidson is seeking an energetic Product Specialist to help customers find the bike and gear that fits their lifestyle. You will greet customers, build relationships, and drive sales while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced showroom.

Schedule is Tue-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm with Sundays and Mondays off; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Prior dealership experience preferred; a valid sales license is required.

Qualifications

• Sales license required.
• 1-2 year dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service.
• Track all customers and leads in CRM.
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement.
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs.
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience.
• Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing showroom floor, exhibits, and displays.
