Del Amo Motorsports Group in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Specialist to greet customers, build relationships, and drive sales in a dynamic powersports showroom.

You will manage leads in CRM, collaborate with Sales and F&I managers, and participate in showroom displays and events while maintaining top-level customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Sales license required.
• 1–2 year dealership experience preferred.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Leading powersports dealership in Orange County is looking for a Motorcycle Salesman with experience in the Powersports Industry. Essential Functions

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
• Assist in planning, set‑up, and participate in marketing showroom floor, exhibits, and displays

Schedule

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.
