Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports Group in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service at the dealership. You will log leads in CRM, meet sales goals, participate in OEM training, and collaborate with management to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to closing the sale.

The role requires CRM proficiency, a sales license, and 1–2 years in dealership sales, with ongoing OEM training to enhance product knowledge and customer

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Product Specialist

Essential Functions

• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Engage and assist every customer that enters the dealership with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer.
• Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.
• Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.
• Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.
• Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.

Schedule

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.
