Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports of San Diego – CHULA VISTA, CA 91911 is seeking an experienced Vehicle Salesperson to engage customers and drive new or pre-owned powersports sales at our Chula Vista location.

You should have 1–2 years in powersports vehicle sales, a valid salesperson license, outstanding communication, organization, and a track record of meeting sales goals. This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

If the candidate has a minimum of 1 Year of Powersports related Vehicle Sales at a multi-line powersports dealer that would be preferred but not a must. This position would entail speaking with potential buyers to engage them into the sales process of buying a new or per-owned powersports vehicle. Organization, multitasking, disseminating information, problem solving and prioritization our key skill sets in this position. Candidate to show great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills as well as a can-do spirit are a must. This position also requires a valid salesperson license before time of hire.

This is a hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $35,000 to $120,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding!

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
