Del Amo Motorsports in Chula Vista, CA is hiring a Vehicle Salesperson for our multi-line powersports dealership. You will engage buyers, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and drive the sales process through strong communication and organization.

We expect 1+ year of powersports sales experience and a valid sales license before hire. This full-time role offers benefits and commissions with earnings potential from $35,000 to $120,000, depending on performance and hours worked.

Then Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire you as a Vehicle Salesperson at our Chula Vista location.If the candidate has a minimum of 1 Year of Powersports related Vehicle Sales at a multi-line powersports dealer that would be preferred but not a must. This position would entail speaking with potential buyers to engage them into the sales process of buying a new or per-owned powersports vehicle. Organization, multitasking, disseminating information, problem solving and prioritization our key skill sets in this position. Candidate to show great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills as well as a can-do spirit are a must. This position also requires a valid salesperson license before time of hire.This is a hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $35,000 to $120,000.
