Del Amo Motorsports Group in Vista, CA is seeking an experienced Vehicle Salesperson to join our premier powersports dealership. You will engage potential buyers and guide them through the purchase of new or pre-owned vehicles, earning base pay plus commissions in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Candidates should have 1 year of powersports dealership sales experience (preferred), be bilingual in Spanish, and hold a valid salesperson license by time of hire.

Qualifications

• Powersports vehicle sales experience at a multi-line dealer preferred.
• Valid salesperson license required before hire.
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential buyers in the sales process for new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Sell or facilitate the sale of powersports vehicles while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate problem solving and prioritization in daily sales activities.

Do you have a passion for powersports? Do you have what it takes to make a 6-figure income? Then Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire you as a Vehicle Salesperson at our Vista, CA location.

If the candidate has a minimum of 1 Year of Powersports related Vehicle Sales at a multi-line powersports dealer that would be preferred but not a must. This position would entail speaking with potential buyers to engage them into the sales process of buying a new or pre-owned powersports vehicle. Organization, multitasking, disseminating information, problem solving and prioritization our key skill sets in this position. Candidate to show great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills as well as a can-do spirit are a must. This position also requires a valid salesperson license before time of hire.

This is a hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $35,000 to $75,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding!

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
