Camping World Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Product Specialist Advisor to engage customers, determine product needs, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

The role sits within the sales team and collaborates with service to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will handle job reviews for sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling, maintain logs, and coordinate with service staff to arrange installations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform internet searches and use a computer daily.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor for our growing team.

At Camping World, a Product Specialist Advisor works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Product Specialist is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least one year of sales experience is preferred
• At least one year of previous RV or camping product is preferred but not required
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $45,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
