Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to assist customers with specialized product needs and installation estimates. You will work with the sales and service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and coordinate installation appointments.

The role emphasizes daily customer interaction, product knowledge of RV/camping gear, and a commission-based compensation structure with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Good organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review and size projects for installation accuracy before scheduling.
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff and monitor progress.
• Maintain and update logs and keep customers informed of work status.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered and delivered.
• Provide excellent overall customer service and maintain a clean work area.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as necessary.

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor for our growing team.At Camping World, a Product Specialist Advisor works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Product Specialist is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installationsReview each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installationMaintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progressSchedule installation appointments with designated service staff membersMonitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installationsInspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are orderedProvide excellent overall customer serviceMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkersMay cross train to perform other duties as necessaryWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:High School diploma or GED equivalent preferredAt least one year of sales experience is preferredAt least one year of previous RV or camping product is preferred but not requiredAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as neededExcellent organization and follow up skills are requiredKnowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is preferredValid driver's license requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $45,000 - $60,000 or more.
