The Opportunity: Product Specialist

As our Product Specialist reporting to the Product Team, you'll be at the intersection of customer success and product innovation. This pivotal role offers unparalleled growth in a scaling startup where you'll work directly with leadership to shape exceptional product experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Become a PredictAP Product Expert
    • Master our full product suite capabilities, workflows, and integrations
    • Understand how our AI system ingests invoices, predicts coding, interfaces with systems like Yardi Payscan and Bottomline Nexus Payables, and continuously improves from feedback
    • Serve as a knowledge bridge between customers and internal teams
  • Champion Customer Success
    • Be the friendly, professional face of PredictAP providing responsive support
    • Triage incoming issues with attention to client needs and business impact
    • Navigate both Review & Submit and Direct Delivery workflows to help customers maximize efficiency
    • Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure resolutions
    • Identify patterns that could be addressed through self-service resources
  • Drive Product Excellence
    • Contribute insights to our evolving product roadmap focused on retention and expansion
    • Create clear documentation that reflects our brand voice and technical precision
    • Stay current with product updates and maintain communication through established channels
    • Support the sales team by maintaining demo environments that showcase our latest capabilities
