Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products.
• Develop, prepare and review technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals.
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve service guides/contents quality.
• Demonstrate value of product technology to advance customer objectives.
• Provide insight on applicability of highly complex products to customers.
