Our Metrowest client is looking for a full time contract Product Specialist with 3+ years experience; looking for previous experience in the CPG/Manufacturing industry. In this role, you'll be the liaison between customers feedback and the product team and distill data to them. This role is onsite 3 days and remote 3 and 3 months to start and will ideally extend or convert after the 3 months.

Day in the life:

• Dive deep into the company's product line, understanding features, functionalities, and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer insights into actionable improvements for product development.
• Ensure a seamless product experience through close collaboration.
• Craft compelling content for both internal and external audiences.
• Educate both internal teams and external customers through engaging presentations.
• Inform future product roadmaps by staying ahead of the curve.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our product line, including features, functionalities, and how we stack up against the competition.
• Become the bridge between customers and product development, by translating user insights into actionable recommendations that drive product improvement.
• Work collaboratively across teams (product managers, engineers, marketing) to ensure a seamless product experience from conception to user adoption.
• Develop a variety of engaging content, including product demos, training materials, and user guides, tailored for both internal teams and external audiences.
• Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to educate and empower both internal teams and external customers on maximizing product benefits.
• Conduct proactive market research and identify emerging trends to inform future product roadmaps and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
