About the Role
We’re looking for a Product & Solutions Manager – Marketing to partner closely with our Key Account team, equipping them with the right tools, content, and insights to successfully sell the full portfolio of products. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, product marketing, and client engagement—a dynamic opportunity for someone with medical device or healthcare industry experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
As part of a family-owned global organization, you’ll enjoy the stability and resources of a multinational while also benefiting from a culture that feels entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and free from Wall Street pressures. This role offers exposure across sales, marketing, global strategy, and beyond, with clear career pathways domestically and internationally.
What You’ll Do (Day to Day)
- Serve as the marketing partner to the Key Account team, providing content, tools, and resources needed to sell the full portfolio.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate product positioning into sales-ready content and proposals.
- Partner with content writers and align with MarComm for review and approval of marketing materials.
- Support the creation of RFP responses, case studies, presentations, and sales decks tailored to client needs.
- Leverage analytics to track the effectiveness of content, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and act as a responsive, client-facing resource for sales.
- Balance multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
Must Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement roles (not director level or above).
- Direct experience in the medical device, medical technology, or hospital/healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with how an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) operates and how purchasing decisions are made.
- Strong communication skills—able to build trust with sales teams, prioritize competing needs, and deliver solutions quickly.
- Proven ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Exposure to both sales and marketing environments, with an understanding of how they intersect.
- A background in analytics, sales content development, or RFP management.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs).
