Job summary

Construction Specialties is seeking a Manager, Product Solutions to bridge product development, sales and customer needs by delivering tailored solutions that drive business value. The role emphasizes translating client requirements into product capabilities and ensuring successful positioning, implementation, and adoption of products or services.

The position collaborates with product management, engineering, marketing and sales to design scalable solutions, analyze market trends and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5–7 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to create and maintain CRM forecasting, follow-up and custom reports.
Extensive construction industry knowledge required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to negotiate high level contracts.

Responsibilities

Leads and coaches Regional Product Specialists and representatives on selling and pricing strategies.
Serves as subject matter expert for CS products and competitor offerings.
Collaborates with internal teams to support key projects and close business.
Develops and implements sales tools and marketing communications to support customer buying processes.
