Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Product Solutionist to serve as the technical backbone of our sales motion across film, television, and live events in the New York and New Jersey markets.

You will run discovery, tailor demos, respond to RFPs, and engage with production executives and CFOs to translate payroll and digital workflows into compelling value. This role requires on-site presence and deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or related client-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise software is required or a strong plus.
• Ability to tailor demos to executive and on-set audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations linked to each prospect's operations and pain points.
• Own discovery sessions to map client workflows and identify unmet needs.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate content.
• Collaborate with Sales AEs to move deals from discovery to close.
• Provide voice-of-the-customer insights to Product and Marketing teams.
