Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Solutions Associate to join the Live Experience team in the USA. You will work with cross-functional partners to streamline processes, design tools, and implement new systems that enhance the fan experience.

You will leverage low-code platforms, SQL analytics, and dashboards to identify inefficiencies, build scalable solutions, and drive measurable business improvements while collaborating with stakeholders and product teams.

Responsibilities

Join Live Experience Managers to understand their challenges and improve their work processes in a rapidly changing industry.
Analyze cross-functional processes such as vendor management, production and pipeline management, and financial planning to define issues and opportunities.
Design end-to-end integration of tools and systems for life experiences with guidance from the Solution Manager.
Conduct product research to identify problems solvable with new tools and techniques.
Support implementation and adoption of new systems through seminars and training manuals, and day-to-day feedback.
