Job summary

Duke Energy is expanding Residential Solutions and seeking a professional to own the integration of utility products and services into the new customer platform. You will connect savings programs to customers, shaping experiences and accessibility.

You will work with product owners to define deliverables, set objectives, and lead campaigns while analyzing market insights to drive growth and customer satisfaction across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience; or 7 years with an Associate's degree.
• Experience with product integration and stakeholder management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer benefits and rebates across products and services.
• Lead discussions with program owners to define eligibility and benefits.
• Develop and execute plans to integrate utility programs into the customer platform.
