Job summary

TDH Refrigeration, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Refrigeration Service Technician for commercial service in and around Bradford, PA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, from walk-ins to rack systems, supporting grocery and retail locations to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The role requires 2-5+ years of HVAC/R experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of HVAC/R experience.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication with store managers and directors.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, self-contained units, rack systems).
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs as needed.
• Inspect systems to identify service needs and safety concerns.
• Provide repair estimates and recommend equipment replacement when appropriate.
• Maintain tools, van stock, and safety equipment.
