Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Product Service Manager in Rolling Meadows, IL to connect field operations with Product Management, Quality, and Engineering, focusing on issue discovery, prioritization, resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include communicating product concerns to dealers and field staff, supporting new product development, and delivering product update training worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field or equivalent; 2-year technical degree accepted with 10+ years experience
• 5–7 years of experience in related role
• Hands-on equipment operation experience with construction or agricultural-type equipment
• Excellent PC skills including Salesforce; ability to use multiple diagnostic tools and software platforms
• Print reading and electrical/hydraulic schematic knowledge; strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize product issues and assist in solving them to improve quality and reliability of the product line.
• Proactively communicate product information to field staff, dealers, and internal teams to keep information up-to-date.
• Make recommendations for field modifications with justification and proper documentation for dealers and end users.
• Provide up-to-date product quality and performance status to Manufacturing, Product Management, and Engineering based on customer and warranty data.
