Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks a Product Service Manager to serve as the communication link between field staff, dealers, and internal teams, focusing on product issues, quality and reliability.

You will lead identification and prioritization of issues, coordinate field modifications, support new product development, and conduct product update training worldwide, with travel to dealerships and customer sites 6 to 8 times per year as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field; 2-year technical degree accepted with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience Required: 5 - 7 years.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on equipment operation experience with construction or agricultural-type equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize product issues to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate product information to field staff, dealers, and internal teams.
• Recommend field modifications and prepare justification and documentation.
• Provide up-to-date product quality and performance updates to Manufacturing, PM, Quality, and Engineering.
• Support new product development by voicing customer needs and dealer input.
• Conduct or supervise product update training worldwide.
