Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Product Security Lead in Dallas to safeguard IP, products, and confidential information across the lifecycle. Lead security programs spanning physical and digital assets, manufacturing, and supply chain, partnering with Operations, Engineering, IT, Legal, and external partners.

You will drive risk assessments, implement controls, and foster security awareness while aligning with security standards and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience in security management, risk management, loss prevention, product security, corporate security, manufacturing security, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of physical security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and facility security controls
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, security investigations, and compliance programs
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, or security-sensitive environments
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments and levels
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential product information and intellectual property throughout the product lifecycle
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, controls, and best practices
• Ensure security measures across development, manufacturing, storage, transport, and distribution
• Manage digital assets, databases, file transfer systems, and production environments securely
• Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization
• Conduct security risk assessments across operations, supply chain, facilities, and processes
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions to reduce risk
• Monitor compliance with security standards and frameworks
• Develop and maintain security metrics and reporting tools
• Evaluate emerging threats and propose security improvements
• Manage physical security systems including access control and surveillance
• Review events and logs to identify risks
• Recommend enhancements to security infrastructure
• Support visitor management and credential controls
• Partner with operations to ensure secure manufacturing and warehousing practices
• Lead incident response and investigations for security incidents
• Coordinate with legal, law enforcement, and external stakeholders
• Support training and awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security processes
• Provide leadership recommendations on security investments and controls
• Be the local subject matter expert on product security
