Job summary

Cartamundi East Longmeadow LLC in East Longmeadow, MA seeks a Product Security Lead to safeguard customers’ IP and products from design through distribution. You will lead the local implementation of a robust security program and ensure compliance with group standards.

You will conduct risk assessments, manage CCTV and access systems, monitor threats, and coordinate investigations with Legal and external partners. Strong integrity and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management, preferably in manufacturing or product security‑sensitive environment.
• Bachelor/Master in engineering, product security or equivalent.
• Certifications like CISSP / CISM / CISA are a plus.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, camera legislation, track & trace, anti‑theft designs.
• Strong understanding of physical and digital security systems and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions across production and supply chain touchpoints.
• Manage local security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and review logs to identify risks.
• Monitor emerging product security threats and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the Group Product Security team.
• Be the local single point of contact for all security matters and ensure product security throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Legal, law enforcement, and external agencies when required.
• Lead local investigations into breaches, counterfeiting, or IP theft with root cause analysis and mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with security standards.
