Cartamundi North America is seeking an experienced Product Security Lead to safeguard IP and physical products across design to distribution. You will lead local implementation of security policies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance.

You will manage CCTV and access control, drive incident response, and develop security metrics to measure performance while aligning with Group Product Security leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience in security management in manufacturing or product security sensitive environments.
• Bachelor/Master in engineering, product security or equivalent with practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead product security across the lifecycle from design to distribution.
• Implement and enforce group security policies, standards and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions across production and supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure security compliance.
• Monitor local security systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop security metrics and dashboards to report on performance.
