Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Security/Loss Prevention Manager to lead the physical security program for a Fort Worth manufacturing facility. This 100% onsite role oversees 24/7 security operations and manages a contracted security provider to protect people, facilities, assets, and IP.

You will partner with Operations, Facilities, IT, HR, and EHS to meet security requirements, coordinate emergency response, and drive continuous improvement in controls and awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive security experience.
• Experience leading security operations and guarding staff.
• Experience managing contracted security providers.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site security operations and guard coverage.
• Monitor security provider performance, staffing, post coverage and KPIs.
• Coordinate with HR, Facilities, IT, EHS, Operations on security needs.
• Develop, implement, and improve physical security programs and procedures.
• Lead investigations of theft, loss, vandalism, or other incidents.
• Prepare incident reports, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Manage security budgets, vendor contracts, and invoices.
• Deliver security awareness training and maintain records.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as required.
