Job summary

Cartamundi North America is seeking an experienced Product Security Lead to safeguard IP and physical products from design to distribution. You will lead a local security program, manage CCTV, access control, and incident responses, and partner with legal and external agencies to ensure compliance and resilience.

The role demands strong risk management, integrity, and the ability to work across functions and geographies to protect customers and the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in manufacturing or product security-sensitive environments.
• Bachelor/Master's in engineering, product security or equal through experience.
• Certifications like CISSP / CISM / CISA, ASIS CPP/PSP, TAPA knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of group security management across design to distribution to prevent leaks and theft.
• Manage security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and review logs for production floor risks.
• Monitor threats, translate insights into actionable recommendations for the Group Product Security team.
• Serve as the local single point of contact for security matters and ensure lifecycle security across production floors and databases.
• Coordinate with Legal, law enforcement and external agencies as required.
• Develop security metrics and dashboards to measure performance and educate partners on procedures.
