Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Security Engineer on the Vulnerability Intelligence team to monitor for emerging vulnerabilities, deploy large-scale security systems, and build tooling to solve complex security challenges. You will analyze CVEs, assess exploitability and work with product teams to improve security posture.

The role requires independence, strong scripting skills, and collaboration across engineering and leadership. This position supports U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of security experience implementing and supporting security systems.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Golang, Ruby or Chef, with ability to apply AI tools to improve decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze emerging vulnerabilities, assess exploitability and prioritize remediation based on business risk.
• Develop data-driven prioritization frameworks aligned with risk tolerance.
• Implement and monitor asset visibility tools across multiple clouds and data centers.
• Develop and communicate vulnerability KPIs and security posture to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and leadership to negotiate remediation timelines.
