Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Security Engineer for the Vulnerability Intelligence team in the United States. You will monitor emerging vulnerabilities, deploy large-scale security systems, and build tooling to address complex security challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5-7+ years of security experience, strong scripting skills, and deep knowledge of Linux, cloud platforms, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of applicable security experience.
• Ability to research CVEs, assess exploit availability, and understand real-world vulnerability impact.
• Strong scripting/development capabilities in Python, Golang, Ruby or Chef.
• Experience with Linux/Unix-like systems and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership teams to communicate risk.

Responsibilities

• Analyze emerging vulnerabilities and assess risk to determine remediation priorities.
• Develop data-driven prioritization frameworks aligned with business risk tolerance.
• Implement and monitor tools for detection and asset visibility across clouds and data centers.
• Develop vulnerability management KPIs and communicate security posture to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to product teams using Falcon features to improve security.
