Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Security Engineer (Vulnerability Intelligence) to monitor for emerging vulnerabilities, deploy large-scale security tooling, and collaborate with product teams. You will assess CVEs, prioritize remediation, and help maintain visibility across multi-cloud environments.

The role emphasizes independent work within a mission-driven security team, with opportunities to influence product security posture and leverage AI to accelerate decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a security role implementing and supporting security systems.
• Strong scripting in Python, Golang, Ruby/Chef, etc.
• Experience with Linux/Unix-like systems and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Ability to research CVEs, assess exploit availability, and interpret threat intelligence.
• Ability to communicate risk to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze emerging vulnerabilities, assess exploitability and business risk, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop data-driven prioritization frameworks aligned with business risk tolerance.
• Implement and monitor tools for detection and monitoring of assets across clouds and data centers.
• Develop vulnerability management KPIs and communicate security posture to stakeholders.
• Utilize Falcon features to improve security posture and provide feedback to product teams.
