Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Security Engineer in the Vulnerability Intelligence team to monitor emerging vulnerabilities, deploy large-scale security systems, and build tooling to solve complex security challenges.

You will analyze CVEs, assess exploitability, and collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to prioritize remediation across clouds and on-prem environments. 5–7+ years in security and scripting experience required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a security role implementing and supporting security systems.
• Strong scripting/development capabilities in one or more languages (Python, Golang, Ruby/Chef, etc.).
• Ability to research CVEs and leverage threat intelligence to assess real-world vulnerability impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerabilities, assess exploitability and business risk, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop data-driven prioritization frameworks aligned with business risk tolerance.
• Implement and monitor tools for detection and asset visibility across clouds and data centers.
• Develop vulnerability management KPIs and communicate security posture to stakeholders.
