HD Supply is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Phoenix, AZ to respond to inquiries about product selection, services and issues, maintaining knowledge of thousands of products and catalogues. You will support order processing, quotations, and follow-ups to meet department goals.

Responsibilities include using the tracking system, addressing customer concerns, and escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed. A HS diploma and 0-2 years' experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of 20,000 products and 3 catalogues (as stated).
• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer orders and quotations via phone, email, or fax within service goals.
• Follow up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Support growth and sales through adherence to incentive programs.
• Research and suggest alternative products to customers to increase sales.
• Use computerized systems for tracking and information gathering.
• Resolve customer issues including issuance of credit concessions.
• Refer complex issues to supervisor.
