Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related work or retail experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in an office environment and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Track expected samples and communicate needs and deadlines to vendors.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and label physical product samples.
• Record sample receipts and update records in internal systems.
• Print and attach barcodes to samples for accurate tracking.
• Photograph samples and upload images to digital records.
• Organize sample storage and update locations.
• Pull samples for reviews and prepare for meetings.
• Document feedback and buyer notes in systems.
• Communicate sample feedback to vendors via email and track late samples.
• Manage disposal or donation of approved samples with teams.
• Support additional administrative and sample management tasks.
