What Will You Get To Do

• Translate customer needs and requirements into technical specifications and design inputs
• Provide oversight of the activities of Product Engineers
• Work with customers to define all product application requirements for production approval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate final submissions, including tooling and equipment
• Ensure product design aligns with cost and capital budget parameters and is summarized for project leads
• Validate design through testing and analysis to meet requirements and gain production approval
• Solve technical issues related to customer and product demands
• Work directly with the Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) to ensure quality planning meets customer documentation needs

What Will You Bring

• 5 years of experience in Product, Applications, and Design Engineering
• Proven knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Customer-facing experience
• Program/project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSM, BSMET)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, 3D CAD, and ERP systems
