Job summary

Syngenta’s Emerging Talent Program invites a Data Entry Intern in Greensboro, NC to support the Product Safety knowledge base on SharePoint and data curation with scientists. You will gain hands-on experience, work with digital tools and AI, and apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges within a supportive team.

The internship runs May 2027 – August 2027, offering exposure to day-to-day operations and opportunities to develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT or related field (Data Science, CS, ITIS).
• Experience with programming languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, R, and Python.
• Willingness to explore projects outside your core area of study and collaborate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; comfortable with digital tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the SharePoint site as the Product Safety knowledge base.
• Collaborate with scientists to curate data for Product Safety projects.
• Enter and organize information in systems, using various tools for data management.
• Use digital tools and AI to support Product Safety initiatives.
