Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Manager, Product Returns to lead day-to-day operations and governance for the returns process within an integrated Customer Operations team. The role drives GTN accuracy, ensures compliance with contracts, and partners with Finance, IT, and Master Data to close gaps in policies and data.

You will supervise a team of analysts, balance workload, and execute root-cause audits on variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial operations, contract management, or supply chain experience in regulated pharma/healthcare manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of professional staff and performance cycles.
• Hands-on with SAP and Model N, incl. data queries and tracing exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for product returns and escalation governance.
• Develop and lead the team, manage performance, set goals, and coach staff.
• Oversee product returns lifecycle: validation, reconciliation, disposition, and financial outcomes.
• Govern vendor performance for the third-party reverse logistics provider; conduct MBRs/QBRs and ensure SLAs.
• Audit financial variances; perform root-cause analysis to fix data or contract issues at the source.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to support month-end and quarter-end closes; maintain audit trails.
