Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in reliability/quality/mechanical engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with statistical and reliability analysis methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential product issues through reliability analysis.
• Organize and analyze regional issues with global context.
• Lead product issue resolution and escalation procedures.
• Manage product support cases, docs, knowledge base content, and processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create and deploy Field Campaigns for local mitigation and countermeasures.
• Provide progress updates to Product Support, regional teams, and distributors.
