Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Reliability Engineer II at its Downtown Milwaukee office. You will be a key member of the Product Support and Value Engineering team, applying analytical expertise to refine new products from concept through post-launch, collaborating with Marketing and Engineering to ensure durability and performance.

The role requires 2–5+ years in reliability and quality, DoE and life data analysis experience, and proficiency with Minitab or Reliasoft.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities are required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for new product designs and engineering changes with respect to reliability and warranty information.
• Develop test plans and collaborate with test labs to ensure requirements are met.
• Analyze data using Weibull analysis and reliability distributions; present findings clearly.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (FRACA).
• Communicate results across cross-functional teams.
