Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of enterprise platform, DevOps, infrastructure, and AI/automation programs across multiple engineering teams.

You will drive release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness, partnering with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives, large-scale rollouts, and cross-functional programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of enterprise platform, DevOps, infrastructure, and AI/automation programs.
• Manage release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness activities across multiple engineering teams.
• Partner closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive large-scale platform rollouts, migrations, and adoption programs while managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Establish and maintain release management processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical programs spanning multiple products, platforms, and business units.
• Monitor program health, deployment metrics, release performance, and operational outcomes.
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on developer productivity, platform adoption, automation, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mid-to-senior level experience in Product Management, Release Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise platform, DevOps, infrastructure, or AI/automation-focused programs.
• Proven experience working closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and modern software delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, release strategies, deployment orchestration, and environment management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and large-scale enterprise rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and execution skills.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid delivery models, and structured program governance environments.
