As a Quality Control Supervisor you will play a critical leadership role in supporting our mission of delivering trusted products that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Manager, Quality Control Services, you will lead the Analytical Laboratory team, overseeing the testing and release of raw materials, finished products, and third-party manufactured products. In this role, you'll inspire and develop laboratory professionals while driving accurate, timely, and efficient testing operations. You'll champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, FDA regulations, ISO 17025 standards, Nestlé Quality Management Systems, and SHE principles. Salary: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
