Availity is seeking a Program Manager, Product to drive planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional product initiatives. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and other teams to ensure programs progress from planning through launch.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in program or product operations within a tech or regulated industry, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of program or product-management experience in tech or regulated industries.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and communicating across stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day execution of product programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
• Track progress and identify delays or issues.
• Maintain documentation and program status visibility.
• Prepare action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
