Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product launches and ensure alignment with customer requirements. The role emphasizes APQP tasks, budget tracking, and cross-functional teamwork across engineering, operations, and quality.

You will coordinate timelines, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring a business-focused degree, project management experience, and strong MS Office skills to support on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Experience in a project management environment.
• Coordinate multiple projects with high detail to ensure on-time completion.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization with detail-oriented project-management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of APQP and related quality processes.
• Familiarity with ISO, AIAG, IATF 16949 and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and track customer billing per project budget.
• Initiate, track, and monitor tooling project expenses.
• Track Capital Expenditure Projects for launch-related work.
• Weekly meetings with Program Launch Business Manager and forecast communication.
• Develop justification summaries and corrective actions with input from the launch team.
• Create, monitor, drive and track APQP project tasks on time.
• Organize APQP documents within Part Folders and manage timelines.
• Ensure production/shipping readiness of parts and PPAP packages.
• Document risks and communicate them to management.
• Facilitate program meetings and status updates with customers.
