Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering with program/product management for new launches.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, FAI/AS9102 and IATF 1649/AS9100.
• CAD (Fusion) proficiency and GD&T knowledge.
• ERP/MES familiarity; JobBOSS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches from award through production.
• Establish program plans, gate/phase reviews, and open-issue tracking.
• Serve as primary program interface with the customer during launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive APQP processes including PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Manage suppliers, tooling vendors, and capital equipment timelines.
• Track long-lead items and assess feasibility with quoting teams.
• Create launch documentation, work instructions and SOPs.
• Report program status and financial performance to leadership.
