Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage successful launch of new products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer communications.

The role requires solid project management experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment across multiple plants and teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (Business preferred).
• Experience in a project management environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and drive on-time completion with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong self-motivation with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team setting and build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and project-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Dependability and confidentiality with a good attendance history.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and track customer billing per project budget.
• Monitor tooling project expenses and COGS.
• Track and monitor Capital Expenditure Projects for launches.
• Lead weekly meetings with the Launch Business Manager and communicate forecast changes.
• Develop justification summaries and corrective actions for budgets.
• Support supplier-related letters and purchase orders during tool launches.
• Organize APQP tasks and ensure on-time completion across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate kickoff, engineering changes and PPAP submissions for launches.
• Manage customer communications, risk reporting, and project timelines.
