RESRG Automotive in Portageville, Missouri seeks a Program Launch Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and APQP efforts, ensuring launches meet customer requirements and business objectives.

You will direct cross‑functional teams, manage detailed program plans, schedules and budgets, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality exterior systems on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years progressive program management experience with emphasis on NPI and/or APQP.
Experience in customer negotiations and translating needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through launch.
Serve as primary liaison for key external customers and manage expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
Apply APQP methodologies to ensure robust product and process design.
Develop and manage detailed program plans, including APQP deliverables (FMEAs, Control Plans, PPAP).
Drive risk mitigation strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and accountability.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Enforce gated product lifecycle processes and quality milestones.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across programs.
Develop and deliver professional presentations.
Drive organizational change and achieve results through influence across multiple functions.
