DSJ Global is seeking an experienced R&D professional to drive innovation, product development, process improvement, and technical solutions that support customer needs and business growth. This intermediate-level role works within established technologies while contributing to emerging innovations and new market opportunities.

The individual will work independently on complex projects with periodic guidance and will serve as a trusted technical resource for internal teams, manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
5+ years in manufacturing, R&D, or related field.
Experience leading product/process development projects.
Ability to analyze technical data and translate into results.
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer requirements to design and implement new products and process improvements.
Lead or support product and process development through stage-gate processes.
Conduct plant trials using DOE and statistical methods.
Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across teams.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
