Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Manufacturing Technology & Process Improvement Manager for a leading specialty chemicals producer in the United States. The role demands hands-on leadership of technical teams to drive process excellence across multiple sites and global regions.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and data analytics to optimize safety, quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction while partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering and R&D to implement scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• Proven experience leading process improvement in chemical manufacturing.
• Structured problem solving with measurable improvements.
• Experience with polymer processing, quality systems, and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement programs focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop and execute process optimization projects with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Product Development for scale-up.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC and data analytics to reduce variation.
• Drive CI through root-cause analysis and process capability evaluation.
• Ensure processes meet customer specs and operate with stability.
• Establish standardized operating procedures and best practices.
