Job summary

DSJ Global in San Antonio seeks a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, support plant operations, and lead capital projects in a growing clean technology environment.

You will analyze production data, drive continuous improvement, conduct root cause investigations, support wastewater treatment operations, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, and site leadership to improve reliability, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in process engineering within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Background in wastewater treatment, chemicals, industrial processing, renewable energy, or related industries preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project engineering experience.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process changes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing and plant processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Lead and support capital projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational upgrades.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support wastewater treatment operations and environmental compliance efforts.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, and leadership teams to drive plant performance.
