Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee on-time, in-budget delivery of key product portfolios and cross-cutting initiatives. You will partner with the Head of Product to set delivery strategy and build organizational capability, translating product concepts into actionable execution plans.

You will design delivery frameworks, mentor PMs, coordinate content and software teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading project management or operations teams in EdTech, publishing, or SaaS.
• Deep fluency in Agile/Scrum for software and Waterfall for physical production.
• Experience managing 3–5 direct reports, hiring and coaching.
• Comfort with PM tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Notion; able to speak with engineers, production, content writers.

Responsibilities

• Architect the delivery framework and define ceremonies and standards to maintain momentum.
• Direct project delivery, dependency mapping, and resource planning with communication to stakeholders.
• Bridge content and software teams to ensure features align with content schedules and capabilities.
• Manage team capacity and staffing, balancing scope to prevent deadline risk.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and budget oversight with senior leadership.
• Own vendor strategy and drive AI-enabled efficiencies in PM workflows.
• Mentor PMs and elevate project management standards across the org.
