Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Manager Product Planning, Agent Success, Travel Experience and Commerce to lead product planning, documentation, readiness and adoption for agent-facing tools. You will align product direction with operational needs and partner with global and regional stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate releases.

In this remote role, you will own roadmaps, track adoption metrics, guide prioritization, and ensure smooth testing, training and hypercare.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to lead product planning and roadmaps.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with testing, release readiness, and documentation.
Experience in travel or travel management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned agent-facing tools.
Define and manage requirements, user stories, success measures, and release priorities.
Evaluate adoption trends, feedback, issue patterns, bugs, and enhancements to guide decisions.
Ensure product changes align with agent experience, workflows, client impact and business goals.
Identify opportunities for future enhancements and assess feasibility.
Review performance, adoption metrics, and user impact to identify improvements.
Oversee readiness, testing strategy, communication, training and hypercare for releases.
Coordinate testing participation and track issues for release prep.
Engage stakeholders to align priorities and support successful delivery.
