Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Manager Product Planning, Agent Success, Travel Experience and Commerce to lead product planning, readiness, and adoption support for agent-facing tools. This remote role in the US collaborates with global teams to align product direction with business priorities and operational needs.

You will own requirements, user stories, release priorities, testing coordination, and documentation, while communicating status and adoption insights to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; translate updates for leadership and teams.
• Ability to work independently in a supportive team environment.
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills for multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and roadmap alignment for agent-facing tools to support business goals and agent experience.
• Define and manage requirements, user stories, success measures, and release priorities with stakeholders.
• Evaluate adoption trends, feedback, and issues to guide decisions and prioritization.
• Ensure product changes align with agent experience, operations, client impact, and business objectives.
• Identify operational needs and future enhancement opportunities; assess feasibility and recommendations.
• Review product performance and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee release readiness, testing strategy, communication, and hypercare support for releases.
• Coordinate testing participation and track issues to ensure readiness for releases.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align priorities and support successful delivery.
