Job summary

BCD Travel seeks a Manager of Product Planning, Agent Success, Travel Experience and Commerce to lead product planning, documentation, readiness, and adoption support for assigned solutions—aligning direction with operational and business priorities.

You will partner with global and regional teams to define requirements, manage release readiness, and communicate status and risks to leadership and operational groups, while ensuring smooth adoption across agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate product details, readiness status, risks, and action items into clear updates for leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate yourself and be able to get up to speed quickly - function independently in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned agent-facing tools and functionality, ensuring product direction supports business goals, operational needs, and agent experience.
• Define and manage product requirements, user stories, success measures, and release priorities in partnership with development, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate business needs, adoption trends, agent feedback, issue patterns, bugs, and enhancement requests to guide product decisions, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee implementation readiness, testing strategy, communication planning, training approach, and hypercare support for product releases.
• Coordinate testing participation, track reported issues, maintain readiness logs, identify gaps or risks, and support release preparation.
